Dear Meagan,
So as you grow and start to experience new things post-surgeries, good and positive changes will be happening around you. If things never changed we would never get the opportunity to grow and be the person God intended us to be. We just have to have faith that whatever is changing is good for our big picture.
I am so proud of you taking your German class and getting back on the horse :) It's a change in your life, and it's for the better. This change is helping you get to your goal of sustaining and providing for yourself. Some big changes can be a little intimidating, but as long as you take them in baby steps and just roll day by day with it, you won't have any problems!
Change is necessary throughout life, and people who adapt to the changes they encounter are able to succeed and live a satisfying life.
Here are some reasons that change is good from the inspirationreport.com:
1). Changes makes you flexible. Being stubborn and resistant to new
things will make a normally stressing situation even more so. Change
helps you be fluid and go with the flow.
2). Change makes you smarter. If things never changed, you’d never
learn anything new. And every time you learn a new skill — even if it’s
just how to adapt — you are that much smarter than you were yesterday.
3). Change reminds us that anything is possible. It’s easy to think
that anything that’s stuck will always be that way (i.e., the career
that won’t lift off the ground or the marriage that’s coasting on
neutral). But when you see things change, whether it’s in your life or
some one else’s, it’s encouragement to know that nothing stays the same
forever.
