Dear Meagan,

Girl, you are on absolute fire lately organizing your locks of love event and rocking your German class! I'm so pumped for you and all that you are achieving :)

So I know you recently read/ are reading personality plus but I went to a Personality Insights training by Dr. Robert Rohm lately and it was very interesting, I thought you may like to know some of the results!

First answer this question:

Are you more outgoing or reserved?

Then answer this question:

Are you more task oriented or people oriented? (aka if you have tasks on your to do list do you like to accomplish those before hanging out with people, or do people come first then tasks?)

If you answered outgoing-task, then you are a Dominant personality type.
If you answered outgoing-people, then you are a Inspiring personality type.
If you answered reserved-task, then you are a Cautious personality type.
If you answered reserved-people, then you are a Sensitive personality type.

Everyone is a unique combination of the personality types so it's possible you could be 51% one type and 49% another!

Dominant personalities like to take charge in situations and are high achievers but can seem bossy.
Inspiring personalities bring the fun and make people feel comfortable but they can be kind of um, flighty.
Cautious personalities are very organized and smart, but they can come off as cold.
Sensitive personalities are very sweet, caring and easily make friends, but can get run over by others easily.

The cool thing about this is that the personality most opposite of yours, is the person you need most in your life.  These people can teach you the most, because they are most unlike you!
